Bad me and doing to much fan art... This is the coolest fan character in the world though!! Couldn't help it =P

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that this guy was based from the Gimme Cat's in FFIX.
If they'd looked as cool as this dude i definately would have given him a diamond!!
