Once and a while I get to do a rune for the online game Poxnora. I mostly make animated sprites for the game.
This is one of the first pics where I painted a gray scale version first. I usually do the lighting last. It's a little odd to get used to. I still block out color first for the in game sprites. The pose is a little stiff and boring, but I think it's one of the better (and few) complete with bg pics I've done. All done in Photoshop. Artwork © SOE |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
